As we deal in bulk and wholesale tea supply, we do not offer returns on products once sold. However, returns may be considered under the following conditions:
• Wrong product delivered
• Damaged packaging at the time of delivery
• Product not matching the specifications confirmed during order
To be eligible for a return, you must:
• Inform us within 3 days of delivery
• Provide unboxing videos or clear images as proof
• Ensure the product is unused and in its original packaging
We reserve the right to inspect and approve or reject any return request after review.
